As of lately, with all the new Redfish tournaments around I have focused mainly on shallow water sight fishing. To do this I use an 18' Sterling poling skiff. This allows me to sneak up on tailing fish in 7-8" of water. The rush you get when you can see a nice Redfish crusing along looking for food or a group of them tailing in a flat is awesome. It takes alot of patience and skill to do this. The right boat is a key factor.
My tackle consist of nothing but the best for my clients.G-Loomis Rods and Shimano Reels. G-Loomis Fly Rods and Reels. All tackle needed. Motorguide trolling motors. Powerpoles. Lowrance electronics, etc.
